I just received this knife today and wanted to get a quick review up for anyone curious about the Inlander. This is one of Allen's newer designs. It's 7 3/4" overall, has a 3 3/4" clip point blade and a swedge. Mine came with gorgeous black ash burl and A2 steel. The grip is contoured and very comfortable.

I compared it to a Fiddleback Hiking Buddy since most folks are familiar with that model and the Inlander is similar in size.

The HB is 1/8" but I think the Inlander is 3/32"

Wearing some Joufuu pants. The Inlander fit in one of my HB sheaths but looked to be too tight of a fit for the other one.

This knife locks into your hand and is comfortable in a thumb on side grip and blade-up grip for field dressing purposes. It also feels great in the hand if you're using a fighting grip or reverse grip if you have this model in mind for self defense purposes. You can also grab the back of the handle to give you more clearance for some light batoning. This knife is an excellent edc choice and I can't wait to get it outside for some additional tests.

If you have an Inlander, please post pics/thoughts to this thread. If you don't have one, you need to add one to your collection.

Received my Bog Oak inlander today & very impressed with it. Will post a few pics soon.

The Inlander has become one of my favorite models from the Fiddleback family. Great EDC, blade shape is perfect for most of the tasks I use it for.
