Got this on Monday. God do I love this knife. I truly see why they're so hard to find- I'm sure people just don't want to get rid of theirs! I know I dont!

Pictures can't really capture the vibrant blue ano this thing has. Or the ridiculously smooth ceramic bearing action. :D

(Excuse the dusty table, I wiped it off after this shot I swear :o)

Congrats on the score bro,

I just got the copper norsesmen a few months ago. great knife, definitely going to order another.

Ahhh, I know this one. I've seen it on Instagram a few times. IIRC John sold this one as a random sale because of a back out, right? Awesome piece, I love that hammered copper. :)

Man, you really are stepping it up!

Heck yeah! I got sick of a Pelican Case full of $100-$200 pieces, figured instead of having 20 $150 knives I'd like to have 5 or 6 $400-$700 knives. I haven't really lost any money in the transition and now I love my collection, as small as it may be at the current moment. :)

Amen.

I wouldn't say I'm sick of my $200 knives yet, but this is exactly what I see in the future for my hobby.

Once I run out of space in the cabinet, I'm gonna be looking to consolidate, trading in several lesser knives for a more expensive one. Seems like a good way to transition.

A Norseman is high up on my list. In addition to just being a cool piece, they seem like the kind of people i'd like to support. John and Erik are super cool and not only so they encourage maintaining your own tool, they show you how do properly do it on their channel. A lot of guys don't want you taking the knives you buy from them, i understand why, but i still don't like it. Congrats on a great score.

Yup, I got this off of enorris about 3 days after john sold t on IG.

I'm A big fan of the work the Grimsmo brothers are doing. I'm fortunate enough to own a set of their Ti scales for the Para II. I'd pick up a Norseman in a heartbeat, but I'm not a fan of that blade shape. If he'd do a drop point or spearpoint I'd be all over it.

Same here. I absolutely loved the mechanics and the fit on my Norseman, but I prefer a more regular blade shape, so the Norseman didn't stay in my collection. Unfortunately. If John comes out with another model, though, that will be a different story :)

If ya ever decide to get rid of those scales I'm your man!!! Wish Wilkins would make a set of ti scales for the para 2.

Im glad they don't offer a clip blade or id have to part with a lot of money.:D

Looks great! I can't seem to find measurements for the Norsemen anywhere.. Would it be too much to ask for you to post them?

Having watched all the Grimsmo's Knifemaking Tuesdays on YouTube I really like them and their knives, one day, one day. :joyous:

This thing's been like, top of my "most wanted" list for a very long time. I cannot wait for the day that I can afford to get one of these things exactly the way I want it.
