Took a little longer to boil than I thought, and the noodles get a lot bigger once they are cooked

May I ask how it was? Making your own noodles seems fun, though possibly time consuming? Noodles are a great way to a filling meal though! Being 20 and in college, fulling is good :)

Not sure how the hell I missed this! Looks good! One trick I learned for consistent rolled dough is put rubber bands on the edges of the rolling pin to get a standard thickness.

Pasta......amazing.......

You know, the all American dish is macaroni and cheese? Not mac and cheese exactly, but most American have a cheese and noodle dish at least once a day.......

That little tidbit was an Ethanism........

Great post and excellent kitchen work.....

Love fresh made pasta! The addition of vodka sauce and a BK 5 just pushed this over the top!

It was so easy, we did a 3 egg recipe, and it came out to 3 large servings. The only thing that took awhile was the dough is supposed to sit for An hour before rolling it. I'm going to shorten the wait time next time and see what happens. It was delicious.

Thanks for the kind words everyone.
