Thought I'd break the ice and start a thread. Been a Becker fan for sometime and have a small collection. Been reading the posts on here for a while, so jumpin in. I got an early Father's Day present from my boys and wife. Thought you guys would approve.

Welcome!!! Nice score with the 10. I have or have had pretty much every Kabar production Becker but still need to get a 10.
If you get a chance, post pics of all of your Beckers. We love pics!!

Black ones are safe for the most part, unless I'm shoveling blind. I've left more than enough, not so subtle, hints about what I want. I think I'll leave the BK 10 smut lying around a little longer :-)
 
You don't have much but I'm jealous of the Camp Knife and BK6. I have all the rest and then some.

Maybe im just reading it wrong but that sounds pretty rude.......

He only has 8 posts and has a very NICE collection with some really nice quality blades. Id honestly say he does indeed have -MUCH- ....But when did we start judging people by how many knives they have? or making them feel like the amount is insignificant?

Lmao, There is always someone with MORE, trust me... Lets compare your knives to bladite, guyons, or skystorms collection.... But i doubt they would post to make you feel like your collection was small or insignificant.

I have over 20 something knives.....And my collection is SMALL... I have over 15 knives valued over 100 and some valued over 200. But the amount of knives you have isn't really important, or the price or value of the knives, if you have what you want or need, and you are personally happy with the blades you have chosen. The quality of knives you have is far more important than how many you have.


No worries, I hope i read it wrong, it happens with me, and i apologize in advance if so, but i dont want katomeek feeling like we are here to judge, especially when he has a great collection.

That 2 looks WELL loved! Man, that is good to see. That 6 is beautiful as well. Don't see many of them around.

Looks like the 10 will be a welcome addition.
 
I know you do big guy. I've seen you around. I've got most the heavy hitters that I want. Are you one of the magnum guys? I'm thinking of getting one next. The camp knife is a great chopper as is the machete. The 6 is amazing how well it goes through the wood. All things knife make me happy. Thanks for posting.
 
Thanks for sticking up. I'm used to chatting it up with dudes, everything has a silver lining with me. I got a bk 10 yesterday, nothing is gonna take me off my cloud today :-)
 
Nice collection! You even have the much coveted 6... out of the gate that gives you an extra 25 cool points! You're gonna fit right in around here.
