Just added a pair of long-johns to my wardrobe. Whew, I hope that load of firewood holds out , Hollow. :D

Don't worry guys...we can do most of what we want in the garage and house. Remember that those camping are welcome to bring their mats and bags into the house as well...lots of floor space and a large screen TV, not to mention ***indoor** plumbing! The only time we really have to be exposed is during the chopping portion...and we'll probably welcome the cool air for that part! We planned this to be "family style" and the worse the weather, the more likely it will be just that. We may need a prize for the snazziest jammies :-O

mPisi - Two words - Consider concrete. I once went one Ohio "summer" and only cut the yard three times...it was a great year!
 
LOL, looks like I bought that tent for nothing. :rolleyes: Oh well, I'll use it sometime. This is going to be quite a shock for me, here in GA it's been in the 70's and 80's for the last few weeks. :eek: If nothing else it will certainly make things interesting! :) Can't wait!
 
HD - I've some old firestarter logs from before I converted my fireplace to gas...we don't need no steenking kindling ;-)

RR - I've been at Warner Robins and in FL several times this year...yes, you *will* be shocked...and cold! ;-o

Hmm...if we're lucky, the pond will re-freeze and we can have an ice chopping contest as well! ;-)
 
That does it. My wide glide will stay in the garage! I was goin' to have to ride half the night Friday anyway to make it Saturday because of late Friday work requirements. I think I'd rather be warm in a 4 wheeler. :cool:

I was a cham-peen polar bear swimmer back in my college days. :D Strange, how now that I have so much more insulation it doesn't appeal to me as much. :p
 
Yea we all need good weather this weekend. I'm performing a real honest to goodness, and legal, Cherokee wedding Sunday!!!!:D

I thought maybe so. :( Would have been cool to see. But that makes it even more sacred right? Totally in the moment.
 
Cool! I perform that function (along with the Gothi) in our "tribe." May be doing it again soon, fer a young Heathen couple.
