So like a few of us, my significantly better half probably doesn't know the full extent of my knife collection. But when I saw her head into the back yard with the embarrassment of our camp axe I quickly followed. Turns out she wanted to take a large bush/shrub thing that had finally fallen away from the wall and was probably too far gone to save.

Steeling my nerve I told her to wait and went and fetched my BK-9. Her response was the same as mine when I first held it. Out and out laughter.

Anyway, I took to the bush and had the job done in no time. First use of any kind for this knife and wow, what a performance.

It took just six swings to get through this branch:

And here is the carnage that it wreaked in just a few minutes:

The good woman started asking questions and has now been introduced to my BK-2 as well. Things are looking up. :D

Cool pics mate. I had the same problem with a tree that was starting to grow against the house, dont have a BK-9 so used a chainsaw...I know, how sad :p.

Well done, mate.

The King, has entered the building.

Good work mate!

Spreading the word of big scary steel :D being useful for other functions than those advertised by government lackeys.

Nice work. Now, get a shovel and dig that damn stump out. ;) :D

I would hang out the truck door and grind it off on the road if I didn't have any other way.
