That's too bad. I have a couple of his designs via CRKT. Some of my most used knives in my early days of collecting. Condolences for his family and peace for him.
 
Wow...Very sad. I have many of his designs from early on as well. I feel bad for his family and wish them well.....
 
I spent 2 hours on the phone with him less than a week ago.

A great man, a legend and true man among men has left us.
 
Condolences to the family. Had many conversations with Kit when I first started making knives and he was a big influence on how I do things still today.

Oh no! His model 4 is one of the all-time great designs. This is a loss indeed!

Thinking about it now, the M-16 might have been my first flipper and one handed opener. Thank you Mr. Carson.
