Nice score. :D You'll love it. It chops well, but is light enough that you can keep using it for a while without getting tired.

You folded to the pressure as I did. I hope you love the 9 more than I do. I favor the BK4 but, the 9 is certainly impressive. Maybe it needs some more field time.

It's already impressed me more than the 7. I think its gonna be one of those blades that I never part with. The 4 is a VERY nice one as well, but I think my next is gonna be the 15 or 11.
 
pulled mine outta the kydex today to make some quick work of a few limbs, and it still smelled like mutilated Christmas trees......I love it

Hmmm, may have to try that on meh 7. The 9 will stay like it is, only it'll get really beat to hell as time passes. I do feel sorry for whatever material scratches my nine tho. :)
