Some students at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign came up with an interesting accessory for the Leatherman wave. :D

Nice. So I guess one just needs to buy an additional wave for the fork attachment to have both utensils ready for a meal. LOL. :D
 
When I first saw the heading for this post, the first thing that popped into my mind was someone had carved the handle end of a spoon to fit the clip attachment point on the wave and charge models. I was wrong when I saw the picture but I bet it would work.
 
IMO i would had welded the spoon to the flat head screw (the falt head bit only not the thing that holds the bit). Then he can use the spoon and knives a lot easier without the hassle of removing the thing that is holding his spoon to access his blade!
