I picked up the middle one for a few bucks the other day.I don't really carry them, but if I spot one I'll grab it.Does anyone know who makes these? The first one looks likean Imperial to me. None of the blades are marked except the Ivory celluloid on marked Solingen. I'm willing to bet the other two are USA made.
Differences in the two easy openers are the shield, which has half stops, and the green one has some nice swedging on the blades and the nail nicks are sharper.
If you have any mini's, traditional or custom post 'em up.

That is cool. I remember the souvineer ones from N.H that were similar but not near the quality of that one.Nice.

Or this one...a miniature Case Coke Bottle?

Or a really big Zippo...you be the judge...:D

I remember as a small boy in the early 50s seeing this little USA-marked knife in my grandmother's nicknack cabinet. It must have belonged to my grandfather, who died in the early 30s, or my uncle who was killed in WWII. Prewar, in any case.

Love the little ones.

I remember seeing alot of Colonials, some Hammer Brand's, and Imperials now and then. The imported ones were very often just marked "Solingen, Germany" on the tang.

They all had thin carbon blades that actually did cut well and kept a decent edge.

Navihawk, that's a fine bolsterless mite you're showing there in that ivory finish:thumbup: Is it a Wharncliffe or just worndown sharpening?

Absintheur, that's GIANT coke-bottle nestling at the base of a stainless steel tomb-stone:eek::eek:

Willgoy, that is indeed a warncliffe.
I was over my brother in laws house over the summer and he asked me to give him a hand putting up a gazebo. The one time I wasn't carrying my wave, I had the little one on the left. I had a million boxes to open plus plastic strapping and that little knife handled it all.

I like that one T.Ebay had one that same style only bigger. It was an ad for Pan American Airlines. How ironic. I thought it might have been a Christy knife but they go straight out. Maybe the Pan Am was a Camillus.
