Yesterday's haul - thanks to my friends Jay A. IV and STeven for hooking a brother up! :D

With other RMK's from earlier in the month, that makes 11 for July...

Top to bottom, left to right:

1. Model #3-7 'Hunter' done up in a fighter configuration - Stainless, nickel-silver double hilt, aluminum & black spacers, maroon Micarta Single Finger Groove handle.
2. Combat Companion - Stainless, saw teeth, nickel-silver double hilt, standard spacers, maroon Micarta Single Finger Groove handle.
3. Model #5-4 - standard catalog knife w/no options.
4. Older Model #26 Pathfinder - O1 steel w/#25 handle. Check out the tang nut - I haven't seen that on a RMK w/#25 handle type before...funky!
5. Model #28 Woodsman - standard catalog knife w/no options.
6. Late 1980's Model #12-6 'Little Bear Bowie' - SS, NS hilt, Westinghouse yellow Micarta Single Finger Groove handle, loose stitch Johnson Roughback Sheath.
7. Model #1-6 'All-Purpose Fighting Knife' - SS, saw teeth, NS single hilt, all red spacers, white Micarta Single Finger Groove handle.
8. Model #8-4 'Trout and Bird'- Stainless, nickel-silver double hilt, standard spacers, maroon Micarta Border Patrol style handle, NS end cap, black sheath.

An eclectic mix of knives and options for sure, but nice nonetheless...

Melvin,

Is the top bevel sharpened on that #3-7" Fighter? Very cool knife !!!

I'm beginning to really like the Little Bear Bowies now too. A double hilt on that one would be a great knife.

The #26 and the 1-6 have got me drooling.

The tang nut on the 26 was literally the first thing I noticed. I've never seen that before either.

Top right has me drooling

Plaza Cutlery just got one in that's similar in black micarta

When I decide to pick up my first Randall, it will be that one.

Congrats Sheldon

Arden - I have but a few, yet have owned many... ;)

Shel

p.s. RMK #1's are, IIRC, the most popular RMK model made; 2 to 1 over all others. Thus, you should be able to find one. Are you looking for something specific?

You remember correctly, at least as of the last time I asked GTR that question.

I actually have a real nice one but it has custom flamed maple, turns out I am not crazy about flamed maple. who new
