Just for fun, I took photos all along the process of making my recent Firestorm Bowie with Rados damascus. I was thinking of some sort of "How I make Knives..." kinda pictorial. I also thought the new owner would appreciate it. It definitely is missing some crucial steps of the process, but I think it could be helpful to show exactly how the knife is made. Anyway, without further rambling, here they are :- Thanks. Jason.

Jason,
Thanks for taking the time to post the pictures. It is always interesting to see how other makers do what they do. Very nice finished piece.

Now that is a gorgeous knife! Nice choice of steel, blade profile, blued guard and handle material. I like the progress pics too.... keep 'em coming!

I think you should do that to all your knives...if the dude is a collector he could actually frame the pictures and keep it with the knife...

Great idea...you really are thinking about your customers...

I love these kinds of threads. They teach me a great deal about how knives are made and I appreciate the effort put into posting a thread like this.

Thanks Jason.

Sweet Jason,

Thanks for taking the time to make the photos.

Of course now I have a hundred questions! But I enjoyed them none the less.

Maybe I could stop by some afternoon.

Don't I wish!
