The "Mentor Group"

Who are these people, anybody know? I keep seeing their name come up as the "Assignee" in various knife patents, but when i try to look them up, i can't seem to find the one that is in Oregon City, OR.

Thanks Sweany. I found that one myself, but that one is in IL. Is that the same company that is indicating it is a LLC in Oregon? Their website says nothing about a location in Oregon, and there is another company of the same name with a different website in PA.

I did a "google" search and came up with basically nothing in Oregon. Things like this make me wonder about an entities motives and credibility.

Sites don't often get updated as well as they should be. Dunno if it's the same Co or not. You might have to contact them.
 
I hear ya. I contacted one company with the same name in Oregon and the nice gentleman said that it was not his company and that he thought that there were about 50 companies of that name in the US. I was hoping that one of the knife patent holders here might recognize that name as i figured maybe they had to deal with them one way or another. There are some big name knife designers associated with this "group".
