Whats the difference in Plain Edge-C64JPBK and SpyderEdge-C64JSBK
? I just bought a used one and it has the s blade , I rather get a regular blade. Just dont wanna order any serrations .

I think the "P" means plain (edge) whereas the "S" would mean spyderedge (serrated).

You should be able to check with a web vendor through e-mail or an 800 number before you place an order. Most web vendors make the distinction on the order form anyway, so just ask before you click "place order."

Cheers, good luck.

P.S. The Meerkat is a great little knife- I use mine often for opening boxes and packages.

check on spyderco.com, but I am pretty sure they mean reverse "S" blade shape, which is a plain edge, but curved. Like I said, check the spyderco site.

I like my Meerkat.

Yep, the Meerkat is the only one with the Phantom Lock.

Spyderco made them with both a "normal" blade style (based on the Navigator pattern), and the reverse "S" style. Both styles come with either plain edge or serrated edge.

I understand that Spyderco may have disco'd one or two of the four models (not sure which), but all 4 types should still be readilly available from web vendors.
