Hi friends. Finished this custom piece up for a customer this week. Probably add it to the website here in a couple weeks. Hope you like it.
The Mexican Bowie:
Shop Details:
1095 Spring Steel. We Heat Harden, heating the steel to approximately 1500 degrees, until it becomes non magnetic then quenching it in oil. Heat Tempered to 500 degrees for 2 hours, and letting it air cool. Rockwell Hardness of approximately 59.

Total Length = 15 ½ "
Blade Length = 10 ½ "
Blade Width = 2 " widest
Blade Thickness = 3/16"
Handle Length = 5
Handle Width = 1 5/16
Handle: Walnut
Weight = 15 oz.
