the microtech assailent knife credit card legal in NC

I do not have a picture of the microtech assailant credit card knife that comes with its own wallet, I am not sure how practical it is, but I think it is rather awesome, and I have know idea if it can be carried. Their is nothing even close to mentioning it in the knife laws part. Also, it is clearly not a big blade at all. Although one I could see arguing it is only made for self defense, although I can see plenty of practical uses.

Whether it's legal or not, NObody is gonna search your wallet unless you're already under arrest, so why not carry a real one in there like the Boker:

I can tell you right now, that this is illegal to carry in North Carolina. It counts as a concealed fixed blade. It's illegal to carry a fixed blade of any size here concealed. Though like OhShoot mentioned, if the cops were searching your wallet, you were likely already being arrested so they would just add the knife on to whatever you were already being arrested for.
 
I tried to track one of these down a few months ago w no joy. I went w a ti card with a razor edge that actually looks like a legit card and would be easily dispatched in the right situation. And it was about $40.
