See? Perfect material for a recipe thread! It's not about competing, it's about sharing recipes man :)

Get a Woodsman, it'll have you throwing rocks at that chef's knife ;) My Woodsman has done more work in the kitchen than anywhere lately...sadly, but I've sure enjoyed it :D

i love my chefs knife....more importantly ..wife does too...i offered to get her one...its "OUR"favorite

Ah, I misunderstood...and didn't realize it was a Fiddleback chef's knife, my bad. I may have to get one of those one day, but more likely I'll go for a stainless Woodsman with synthetic handle :)

Where do you get your sausage P? Is it good? I'm a snob, because I'm from Louisianna and I haven't found any worth a snot here in GA.

Let me know when you're going to stop by, and I'll bring a pack of cajun sausage, or Boudin to the shop for you.

sadly..the butcher shop near the house closed down...he was a real deal cajun. now im relegated to grocery store sausage..i dont remember the brand of this , but normally buy aidells

Call these folks up and order it direct from Louisianna. They send it in a styrofoam ice chest. I do two batches a year and try to buy as much as I can afford at the time.

Don't think they ship to Norway though..

BTW let me know when the guardless Ladyfinger and Camp are ready to ship and how much shipping will be:D

Sweet! I also have a runt. Great little pocket blade that has done a ton of kitchen prep. I'm hungry now! Thanks for sharing.

@ Andy which type of sausage do you like best from them? There are different kinds and im thinking of picking some up
