First of all is a custom by Blacktoe Knives. One of his designs with a slight alteration requested by me. Also, I took to it with the Edgepro when I got it so blame me if you don't like the edge.

I also decided it was about time I got some Opinel knives, never owned one before so, what the hell, I got three.

Of course, I prefer the Blacktoe. As long as you don't stab a bit too hard and run your hand over the guard. That hurts.

I don't tend to do a lot of stabbing so I should be OK there.

The Opinels are growing on me. Cheap knifes to be sure, and probably wouldn't stand up too well to any serious abuse but I suspect they're going to make great kitchen knives. Not sure what I'll do with the little one, might clip it inside the EDC bag.

GAJ, I've not seen that keyring sheath for the Opinel. That is very cool.
