I have not lost or sold any, but there have been a few I wish now I had bought. The old Hunter, and the VG-10 Caly3 come to mind. So, too, do the HAP40 and Super Blue Dragonflies.
I have sold/traded four: 1 tenacious, 2 endura, and 1 manix 2 and I do not have any remorse because by doing so I was able to buy better knives/gears (Military, cf scale, ti hardware etc.). Plus, these are knives that can be gotten anytime if I want.
My entire Lum collection.
I had them all.
It took me a long time to collect them but the allure of other shiny baubles weakened my collector resolve and I moved them along.
I still have a few of the Chinese models in Nishijin and G10 but the titanium and almite models are the ones I really miss.
I traded a brand-new Military with Digicam handle and DLC-coated black blade (sweet-looking combo) in standard S30V without even touching the knife. As much as I liked it, I had made a decision between the time I purchased it and the day it shipped that I really wanted a Military in 204P.
I knew I wouldn't get my Grail Millie if I had one I already liked so I traded it for a brand-new PM2 Blurple S110V, which was also very high on my wishlist.
I don't really regret the trade but I don't like not having a Military. Money laundering is already underway to remedy that situation.
I sold my very first spyderco, an endura from the early 90's with the integral clip. Because I am a moron. Doubt I got much for it either. Did I mention I'm a moron?
Fortunately the one I regretted (immediately) was a Gayle Bradley, and the guy I sold it to was not terribly enthusiastic for it (I don't know why!!) and agreed to sell it back to me. That was a close call.
I've also let go a PM2 and am recently thinking I need to get another one. Given how common they are, I'n not too concerned about replacing it.
I traded my titanium Lum folder for another tanto (Crawford custom), I like the one I got better but I wonder if I'll ever have a chance to get another.
