The Mystery of the Dark Ink

It's 5:08 Mountain time on My 3rd, 2006, and I've been here since the winter of 2001, and I still don't know the mystery of the darker ink on the thread titles on the front page of HI forum. Do we all see the dark ink? Start a thread, give it a title, watch it slide around the roster board until it passes to eternity, but at some time in its brief life the lettering in the title turns into dark bold print. Why is that? The Zombies up to something? Not all the thread titles do this.

I also see Bri In Chi is here and reading and that's good to know.

I'll second that. Its good to see you around Brian.

Munk the bold ink is fresh threads. Not quite as simple as ones with new replies. If you leave your PC for a while and come back, hit refresh, even the ones with replies you haven't seen yet loose the bold ink.
 
There are some mysteries, bigger than a man, not meant for him to understand. Then there's me and the dark ink.
