thanks to all who posted here! this was a very hard choice to make as so many good names came out and fit the knife design well. i really liked pteranadon, whispher, and lightning, but after much thought i think i will go with "icicle" though more of an ice cycle, so the winner is Llamedos!

PhilL, yes this is the same knife i had in new york.

i didnt intend for this to be a contest so to speak because there is no prize but i am lousy at thinking up names and you all came up with some great ones

there will be more new models to name this year so keep thinking

Nice work Scribe!
Great name, beautiful knife, one heck of a talented knife maker. As long as you can make them it is fun for us to be involved in any way possible.
All kidding aside, thanks Tim.

Wow, cool. Thanks alot for the opportunity, and thankyou for letting me name your new knife. Its beautiful.

Out of interest, how much would an Icicle

cost ?

PS:- Just checked out your webpage for the 1st time. Excellent, I really like your knives. Exquisite.

The Pop-sicle must be the automatic version coming soon. What if Tim actual managed to create a motorized version; would it would be a Motor-sicle?

Paracelsus

Tom, I was wondering the same thing. But I thought it wouldn't be fair to Tim's magnificent creation to let everyone know that it might melt on contact with body heat. Besides, the icicle isn't a weapon, and maybe it's not even a tool. It's a pretty thing to look at. Just keep it in a zip lock bag in the freezer and everything should be just dandy.

Paracelsus, running for cover

Llamedos, they start at $1,500 depending on the carving on the frame.

Tom, yep the perfect weapon...stab somebody and it melts away:P

Chiro, why do we need a large bicicle pic??

Tim, try using a small "p" instead of a Capital "P" for the desired results.

Tim, I was restating the fact that no one else should try to use the name BIcycle for anything because I have a hold on that one. It was a dumb joke, but it seemed funny at the time! Plus, that's $1200 worth of USA manaufactured steel right there, doggy! Reynolds 753 tubing (made by the Brits, but that's okay) silver brazed to Henry James custom-made lugs and stainless steel dropouts. Welded up and painted by one of the few shops in the world licensed to work with 753 tubing at the Waterford factory in Waterford, WI. That's not just a bicycle!
