The American Knife Throwers Alliance will be holding their 7th annual National Championships on October 11-12 2002 in Awendaw, S.C.
This years events will be open to all throwers. For more information on these and other events, please contact me by e mail of call me at (843) 928-3624
Demonstrations and Knife Throwing lessons will be available through out the event by Bobby Branton
Guest appearance by Kenneth Pierce (Che Che White Cloud)

Hey Guys,
This is the event that started the modern day contemporary competitive throwing movement. I am a veteran of 6 or 7 seven of these competitions and strongly advise all to take the time to attend and compete.
For first-timers, you will learn more here in two days that can be or is written in any current book on the subject. The experience is worth much more than the cost.
Bobby is constantly striving to evolve the competition to keep it current and in line with competitors expectations and thinking.
The past history is that about 50 to 60% of the field that shows up are regulars while the remainder are newer faces in competition. It would be nice to lower the regulars percentage of the show list by having a larger group and give the old guard a reason to fear not taking home a trophy this year!!!!
