Good combo, Azwelke's kydex is solid, I have his BK9 scout carry sheath. And as for the handles being too slippery, if you're looking for a less permanent solution to make it grippier, try wrapping it in tennis grip tape, I did that to my BK15 and BK5, works like a charm. It may require replacing every once in a while, but that grip tape is quite cheap and easy to wrap.
