Needed some supplies so I decided to give the new guys a try as I'd always had good experiences with Pop's in the past.
Prices are comparable to before and checkout was easy peasy. Quick response to placing order and shipping adjusted at the end similar to the original store.
Best of luck to the new owners, looking forward to ordering again soon.
 
They have went up and beyond tracking your package and making sure you know it is there. Prices seem the same and shipping has been good. I see on their Facebook page they are giving away samples of products each week to get acquainted.
 
Yep, I got an order just before the new website went active with the same great results as before. I got a reply to a email I sent them very quickly with nice words in it. Andy said they planned to keep shipping costs same as before because "Kay was very serious about that."

Talked to the new owners at the Arkansas knife show and made a purchase. Have placed an order of belts on line and both transactions were great. They are dedicated to keeping the same great customer service that Pop had and only improving inventory and the website. So far they are doing a great job and I wish them much success.
 
The new site does look like it will be easier to use. Good luck guys :thumbsup:
 
Ordered some belts, paper, and corbies yesterday. Site does look way better! Need some pictures and dimensions here and there and a few of the links aren't proper, but it's going to be a YUGE improvement! Still got the good ol' refund for shipping cost. I'm excited they're going to be around for years to come!
 
I will meet the new owners and say goodby to Jim and Kay in two weeks. I'm going to miss them, but plan on continuing to do business with the company for a long time.
