I really like your Buck 301, and that gray Case stockman is a looker, too (except for the ridiculously high riding sheepsfoot on the Case - I don't understand why they do that).

It’s hard to say this early into them, but I really like the Hen & Rooster Red Pick Bone Copperhead. I like them all as of now though.
