A couple of suggestions.

Riverwoods Companion - 7" overall, 3" blade, 1/8" thick O1 steel

Michigan Trail Knife - 8" overall, 3 3/4" blade, 1/8" thick O1 steel

My vote is for the MTK. Versatile and classic shape.

Strictly an opinion. If I were buying, it would be the MTK.
I really like the slightly longer blade and handle.
