I just wanted to give a thumbs up on this book for any new collectors out there
It just came out a few weeks ago
It has a lot of cool info:thumbup:
Company references, terminology, grading, stamping, company history, market outlook, etc
TONS of illustrations/diagrams/sketches
This is my 1st OPGCK book so I don't know if it's rehashed info from the 14 edition
The writing is very pleasurable to read
The Case XX section is HUGE
Only has Schrade Walden info
Nice military knife section
Sorta weak in the Western fixed blades dept..IMHO
For 21 bucks I definitely feel I got my moneys worth

Feel free to move this to whatever sub-forum you feel like
In the GB&U section it said: This is your area to tell about your experiences (Good or Bad) with dealers, sellers, and individuals you've bought, sold, and traded with.
I figured since it was a book about traditional knives I would put it here.......
