I talked to Heather at CRK today and it appears that they will make only one left hand LE 2008 this year. I hope to be getting it by Christmas!:D:thumbup:

Which wood did you choose this year?

I am starting to like the Bubinga and I hope to get one with a damascus blade.

I got the call yesterday from Heather that my 2008 is ready! It is Bubinga with the new lanyard tie.:thumbup::cool: I also ordered two more of the ties, one for my Large Micarta inlay and one for my large NICA tanto.:thumbup:;):cool::p

Got the knife yesterday! It is stunning!:cool: Looks kind of like redwood, turned out much better than I thought it would. I'll take pics Monday as I am working this weekend. The lanyard tie for the Micarta is a really cool feature, gives the knife a cleaner look, I think they are well worth the money! I also got one for my new LE. It's the closest thing I'll get to an Umnum until about March 2009 and that is a bummer.:eek:;)
