I've previously posted a few photos of my Chris Reeve hunter made by Chris when he lived in Durban. It was made for my dad (to his specs) and has now been passed to me. This morning I had a visit from Royal Mail with my first Chris Reeve folder - an Nkosi in S45vn with natural micarta. Being from Durban myself, and knowing a little Zulu, I'm pretty chuffed to have a Chief in my pocket. This ain't going nowhere, and will be pressed into service from today. Is it what I hoped for? Yes, and more. I'm quite giddy with excitement! I prefer the split micarta scales over the solid ones on the Sebenza 31, but I'll not turn one down if I find it for a decent price. I bought the Nkosi on the secondary market and am really happy with the service I got from Mark at Congys Knives, so thanks Mark.
