whats the original "G" ?
ive seen it referred to by a senior knifemaker as one of the best knives made
'the original "G" knife was one of the first semi production knives that had a blade that was harder than 56rc (57rc) the blade was wide and thin (for strength and cutting ease) and was made of a very fine grain clock spring steel'
