These pics just in from a customer from Hong Kong...he ordered a new Vietnam Tomahawk that he can "use", while this one pictured below stays in the safe.....an original from the first 2000 made, it sports all olive drab paint, and the original leather sheath, marked, American Tomahawk Company.
I recently asked Peter to explain why the point on the Spike is lower than center. He said, "....some of the Vietcong used to wear helmets made from truck tires. This spike design cuts on the way OUT and doesn't get stuck in there!" He was using a lot of hand motions when describing this design feature.
