Hey all, no fish pics today. The fishing is good down here, but even we get skunked sometimes. :). Two needle fish and a puffer today. Heheh. Whatever, it beats working.

I was doing a bit of bottom fishing today with cut squid and looked down and noticed my spyderco sitting there quietly doing its job so I decided to reward it with a couple of glamour shots. You can't see, but I have it clipped to a line so it doesn't go bye bye. I am embarrassed to admit it, but I came in several hours ago and got busy and the knife is still sitting by the sink covered in salt residue and squid guts. I'm going to go take care of it now, but it will clean up in nothing flat and be ready for more tomorrow.

The knife is great! Beautiful, works hard, doesn't cost a lot of money, nice teeth, opens up easy, likes getting dirty, always ready for more...lol, I'd mention how functional the spydie hole is but my girlfriend is looking over my shoulder and I think she's starting to get jealous. ;)

Hopefully the fishing will pick up this weekend. I'd have been better off eating my bait today!

Haha! The king huh? Thanks for the kind words (and all the great knives!) but the "king" got skunked and came in with no dinner! ;). I'm going out tomorrow to reclaim my crown! I will file my report when I get in!

Whatever I come in with tomorrow, I'm going to have to stick with my theory that "it beats working"! ;)

Man,I love your posts. However, they always make me wanna go back down there and I can't right now. Its awesome to see the salts in they're intended usage.

Man, I wish I could swap lives with you for awhile :p
I'm sure you'll have better luck next time, and I look foward to the pics.
