For me, it is the Sages. Perfect size, feels good in the hand, and seems to be made real good. I sure like mind. Kinda kick the military out of my pocket for now, anyways!

My favorite folder is a Military, but I love my RIL and CF sages. Great knives overall.
Spyderco make some great EDC knives.

I always come back to a Military. But some others that are up there are the FRN VG-10 Stretch II, Kris and my G-10 Delica. Oh yeah, not to mention the C83 Persian.

Spyderco just makes so many great knives for EDC, most days it's hard to choose just one, so I usually carry two or three.

I have 80+ folders. My next folder will be the perfect one. I think I've said that before.

For me, the Stretch II is about as close to perfect as any production folder is likely to be.

I think if they made a Manix 2 in the size of a original Manix I would never buy another knife again.

Well not for awhile atleast :D

I carry C83 Persian for more than three years. During this time I bought over fifty knives, including BG42 Milly, Lil T, Original Stretch, Sage, ATR, few Lums, big and small Calypsos and others, but non of them was able to replace Persian.

I'm with ya Razor:thumbup:
The SageII with its perfectly shaped choil and handle feels like it was made for my hand. My thumb sits just in the right spot also, unlike the Caly3 where I have to put my longish thumb up on top of the hump past the jimping.

I still haven't carried my small sebbie since I got the Sage. The Millie gets a little time, but thats been the only two folders lately.

Native. Best hand feel as well as combination of price/performance available. I have owned three (had a knife losing problem) then gave the last one away. I have also given a few as gifts and the recipients love them and still carry them everyday.

This one...

Pardon my ignorance, but what Spyderco tattoo is that Jnieporte?

It's not a Spyderco (it doesn't exist). It's a design that I made up, patterned after two of my favorite Spydercos: the handle is a Stretch carbon fiber (to scale), and the blade is a Native III, stretched to fit the handle. The tattoo is exactly to scale, and is what I think of as the perfect folder (for me).

Right now its a plain jane SE milli. I am genuinely surprised how useful I've found it. Prior to owning it I haven't been a serrated edge fan but I was tempted to get it by a great deal online -- now its taken over my pocket -- cuts like a pocket chainsaw.
