The Perfect PUK?

Been looking at getting a PUK for a while. It seems a little small for a useable fixed bladed knife? Also, the sheath is not designed for what I have in mind. I want a knife for around the house/yard but one that a shirt tail will hide if company shows up.
Anyway, here's my idea of the perfect PUK:
4-4.5 inch chisel ground tanto blade, plain edge, in A2 or D2 steel, coating of your choice, and the handles would be G-10 instead of rubber so it won't grab concealing garments.

What do you guys think?

Here is a review I did of the PUK a few weeks ago.

Remember that PUK stands for "Police Utility Knife". I'm not real sure what the knife has to do with "Police" (other then SWAT maybe), but I can say it makes a great Utility/Carry fixed blade. I'd even feel fairly comfortable using it for defensive purposes.

As to the grip, it's not rubbery or spongy. It's actually a pretty hard material and will not "grab" at clothing.

I will agree that the stock sheath is all but useless except in backwoods terms, but there are IWB sheaths out there. The one in the pictures can be used IWB, regular belt carry, right hand, left hand, ect. A contact address for it is calbone@mindspring.com

Thanks.

But what do you think about the 4+" tanto blade in tool steel?

A 3" to 4" fixed blade, preferably single piece of steel, to use as a neck knife so I can wear it under plain clothes at work as an LEO. Tanto blade of course !
