Well it works for me anyway
This is probabaly old news to the experienced makers but it is new to me. I just finished a knife using Cocobolo for the handles. I buffed it with K&Gs Green Chrome and it shined up really nice but left a green tinge on the handle. I switched to a loose buff using No Scratch Pink also from K&G. Man what a difference. It took out all of the green stuff and left the handle really sweet looking with all of the natural grain just popping out at you. One word of caution STAY away from the brass it turns the buff black like right now.
