Went to the blade show yesterday only to find that a skunk from Idaho had already been there and bought up all the variants!Well not all of them but the ones I wanted,LOL!Seriously though I got to meet Contender,Andrew,1whobuys,and a few others,great group of guys.I also found out that Nimrod actually does have his "Nimrod special edition SJ" He had it on his side so this is based somewhere in fact.Nice to put faces to names.Great to see people that are enthusiastic about a product they sell,of course it doesnt take much to sell to us.I also must add that the Busse tables were the best at blade in that they had a great team,great displays,and an actual team all dressed in yellow workin together,no other booth had such enthusiasm.Picked up a new 3/16 SJ,man I love it better than my 1/4.The handle on these new SJ's seem a tad larger as well giving a real good feel.One word for the new sheath's"AWESOME".Its what they should be,heavy built with lots of tie downs.The new strap is ten times more secure than an old standard wrap around button and holds the knife alot tighter.By the way you guys are goin to love the new Badger's,they are a mean street on steroids or a baby SJ.They finally had to ask me to leave at one point due to some drool getting near an uncoated SH variant!
