I suppose it's a knifemaker rite of passage of sorts, getting to the point where having someone like Coop shoot a photo is a good investment. Some of you guys may remember the frame handle hunter I finished just after Christmas. The knife has a CM154 blade, plum browned mild steel frame and guard, fileworked 410 liners, and Sambar. The sheath is my work as well.

I did a fairly extensive WIP thread on this knife in Shop Talk.

Here's what it looks like through Coop's lens.

Very nice Jason, wise move getting Coop to shoot it.
Very fit for function and good looking to boot. That's a fine combination.:thumbup:

Jason,

There was a lot of careful work put in this knife and I see why you're proud. As a relatively new maker you are doing it all, and doing it great!

I was very impressed with the sheath also.

Thanks for letting me show it well. It deserved it. Props!
