I was having an ADD day so I made this thing, kinda screwed it up, but it is what it is. Believe me, it was a pain in the butt to make and it's likely the last.
The copper is a piece of copper eves troughing that I beat up and did some VERY primitive tooling on, with a screw driver :D Not sure if I even like, but here it is.

Best regards

Hi Robin ,
Great work and thinking looks good but the best thing
its original i like the idea a lot .
you come up with great stuff and a great hawker thanks for showing
Chris

Thanks guys, it's growing on me, a bit ;-))
As in all the "firsts" I do it kind of evolved as it went along. I thought about stitching it with copper wire but going through the welt the copper and two layers of 10 oz was a bit much. Then I thought copper burrs would look good. Then I though what the hell I'll stitch it all together. ;-)))))) I think the balance looks off because the copper sits high on the sheath because of the big welt.
Thanks for all your kind comments.

Best regards

Robin

Looks good but more importantly IMO is the novel approach with the copper and what that might lead you and others to next.
