I really like that, quite a useful combination.
 
I think the handle says it all "What-a-knife" - thanks for sharing. Looks like it could tackle a lot of tasks with ease.

Well they were....

Not sure of the exact date but it is around the year 2000. Camillus made these knives as a promotion for "what a saw". I believe the originals had a clevis on the end and the ones with no clevis was a clean up of left over parts...

And...

I seem to remember Camillus made them for the What-A-Saw company that marketed a folding saw on infomercials. They were trying to spice things up by giving away a knife too.

I don't remember if they quit paying, or Camillus made too many, but I think the extras were dumped onto the market. Amazing they are still around!

As usual, Phil Gibbs is correct. :D
 
Interesting, I like that pattern. As Waynorth stated it does look like a GEC Radio knife. Very cool.
