Just for those who may not know Mike (L6STEEL) and may wonder if this is legit or not...lemme say, I would bet a weeks pay on it. I have one knife from Mike, and a second on order. I have exchanged several emails..and talk to him every night on mIRC. One of his favorite things is to help people out when he can...and is about the most outgoing person you are likely to come across. Many respected members of this forum can tell ya what a great guy Mike is. So, rest assured this raffle is a good thing, and send a buck...who knows, ya may even be the winner, and a knife for a buck aint bad. My moneys gonna be on the way Monday!!!

Just to back up what Rich said, Mike is out to help someone here, and rest assured this isn't to line his pockets. I'm sure if there was another to do it out of his own pocket he would. The knives that are being raffled were all donated by your fellow members here. It's a good cause, it's only a buck a chance, and I'm in for $5 myself.

Hey Mike, thanks for lettting me buy the two chances on the knife while Max and I visited you this afternoon. Enjoyed the visit and am still having problems believing Rusty made a knife out of that rusty old cable, wow.

I am going to e-mail my contact in Nicaragua tonight and ask him to send me a sample of the IPE/Ironwood.

The next knife to be raffled is a Darrel Ralph neck knife with a kydex sheath. Wicked lookin little thing! Probably start that raffle Saturday.
