This is one sweet knife. Very wide blade, and light with very comfortable handle.
IMO thinnes of the stock is irrelevant here, this knife is built likea tank, and I suspect it will outchop thicker blades in the same size range just because it has better grind geometry.




 
Beautiful handle choice! :thumbup: The team at Swamp Rat really made the Ratweiler great, and yours looks like it goes great with your TGLB. Congrats on your knife!
 
I did a pass around with the gen 1 RW and it chopped almost as well as my Battle Rat which is bigger. I seem to remember the competetion Sarsquatch outchopping my Camp Tramp too...

Man that looks great, congrats on your new Rat! I'm gonna end up snagging one of those LE's too, just can't decide which G10 I want. I'm partial to tan and black, green and black, and I'm also interested in red and black. Nice looking TG as well, mine will be here some time today in the same color scheme. I'm probably going to strip mine and convex it.
 
Congrats on an awesome knife! I forgot how big the Ratweiler is until I got mine out of the box. Very happy with it!!
