I ordered a Real Deal Brazil hat the other day and was wondering who here has one and what they think of it. How long have you had it and does it hold up pretty well?

I have had one for about a year and it is still going strong. I had a bit of stitching around a patch come undone but it was a easy fix.

I've had one for a couple months and really like it. It's only seen some fairly rough outdoor use, fishing and camping, and has held up fine. Every time I have worn it, someone has complimented it or asked where to get one. It took about a month to come in after I ordered it.

I found mine at eBags for more than 1/2 off which is why I decided to get one. I like the look of them and I foresee my wife and kids wanting one as well.

Got it yesterday. :)

Neat! I wonder if they'll make a boonie style hat.

I think they do. It's called the Pretty Ugly flop hat.

I always wanted one of those. I know Dave Farmer has one, you could drop him a message to see how he likes his.

I ended up with a Tilley after trying one on (with a gift card in my hand, to be fair). They're very light & breathy, and mine has the buttons on the side if I want to wear it that way instead. Also pretty 'pose-able' at the brim.

But they lack the style of the Brazilian...

I saw this thread and I knew this was the hat for me! Relatively inexpensive, and perfect for boating through the swamp. I decided to order one, and it got here a few days ago. I have all but slept in it!
