Hi,
I was reading that old Chuck Buck Sr. quote on large carbides making the 440C edge dull I just posted, maybe as the large carbides wear off the surface of the blade it leaves pits.
Thanks George God bless

George,

Are you working nights, at one and two in the morning you will not get much immediate attention here. Several of the Buck forum metalheads have replied to your older posts, as you may have done lots of info on Buck blade metal are in past posts. I am not a person of metal. So you will have to wait for there replies or go on a search for info in past threads. It sounds like you may have already. You will need to be patient for the people with knowledge to check in. 300Bucks, Moderator
