I love benchmade. Every knife I have ever loved has been a benchmade. And for me the pinnacle of the benchmade folders has been the rift. It has been my edc since my army national guard days and forward. The thing I love most about benchmade is how completely friendly they are to left handed people like me. But now my ever faithful rift has been evicted from the left pocket to the right. All because of a spyderco. The paramilitary 2 to be exact. There are too many good things to say about this knife so all Ill say is to all you lefties out there, it's more then worth the 5 seconds to figure out how to close the compression lock with your left hand. Mr Glesser, you have a convert.
