The Russians Are Coming….

Have no fear, they are good knives, OO ! You just asked me the XXX vs YYY question :)

Check this out, I got my wife enough into knives for her to have a good and a hard use knife.

This is her good one:

Your wife has good taste, dude. I wonder how loud the squeak was when she cut that jelly roll on the ceramic plate. HardCORE.🤘

Your wife looks a bit pale, and that knife looks a bit big for her hands.

Not that I really care. Y'all are all a buncha commies anyway!!!!!

Comrades have some beautiful knives and I'm sure they are manufactured with very good quality. Без аналогов в мире, как всегда...
Anyway, very few tantos, most of them are flippers with metal body, basically everything I don't like much so I really don't care about the whole "Russian knife invasion".
One thing for sure - I'm happy they started manufacturing quality products for what I salute them !

Nice #4, Oklahoma Outlaw Oklahoma Outlaw , I've been eyeballing that one myself for a while. Coincidently, I've got the first of my three Biryukovs on me today, this one a Sigma in orange-peel-finished S125V with the blue anodizing of the original handle milling and secondary media blast by WValtakis WValtakis . As a trained master Blacksmith, Andrey is known by outdoorsmen in his country for the exceptional quality of his blade steel treatments, grinds, edges, and durability.

Thanks for the info. I’ve watched several YouTube videos on the #4, but alas, all were in Russian so I couldn’t understand a word of it. ferider ferider hooked me up with the seller….and I’m extremely thankful for that.

Now, to clear the air, I didn’t intend to mention a non BF approved dealer in your thread. It’s just not in my nature to break rules. I was uninformed at the time and that’s my fault. I apologize for it. With that said I’ve seen numerous examples of it since.

The #4 arrived. I’ve had about an hour with it and I’m thoroughly impressed so far. The fit & finish is impeccable, a thwack that harkens my 111, and razor shaving sharp straight out of the box. Blade centering could not be any better. The leather belt clip is nicer IMO than my Shirogorov Outdoor Sportsman. I love the fact that Andrey includes the tool for his proprietary screws. So here it is……
