The Sage 2 should have a rounded spine..

I love it anyways, but a rounded spine would be one step further, as far as "tribute", not to mention, awesome looking with that Spyderco FFG blade.
 
I very much prefer hard edges. The greatest thing about them is that with some time and a file/sand-paper, hard-edges can be softened.
The opposite though, turning a rounded edge into a hard edge, is much harder and perhaps impossible for amateurs like me. I can dull anything... :)

Personally, I use the hard-edged spine of my Stretch to knock the fabric-catching edges off my fingernails after trimming my nails (with clippers, lol) among other things.

Edit: The "tribute" part initially went straight over my head... :confused: The rounded-spine idea makes much more sense now. :)

I dunno, I think the Sage 2 is a good value and I think rounding the spine would, by way of adding another production step, increase the cost with no tangible benefit to the consumer. I like it the way it is.

Here here.

I dig that I can scrape with the spine of my Sage 1. So handy.

If anything I wish the Sebenza was a bit more like the 2.
