The Scurvy Relief Fund #1

This is the "Scurvy Relief Fund". The proceeds of this project will go to benefit one of our Bladeforums members that is currently in need. ALL of the proceeds will go to the member.

This project is sanctioned by Both Spark and the Supermod's; Melvin Purvis, Bastid, Revdevil, Etc.

Rules
-Must be 18 years old to enter, and by entering you are declaring, that you are assuming all legal responsibility to comply with any applicable laws.

-We reserve the right to deny entry to any person, for any reason. We don't plan on it, but we reserve that right.

-MAXIMUM OF 5 entries per person.

-Do not use the gift option on PayPal! The only thing that should appear on the payment is your "FORUM NAME", nothing else at all. Nothing, Zip, Zero, Nada. Send payment to "gusk@bellsouth.net"

-Entries are $10 EACH, if you submit $20, that equates to two entries, which will be entered in the order in which you purchased them.

-Make an entry in the thread, and state the number of spots desired. We will close this drawing in 10 working days.

-There will be a total of 100 tickets sold. No more, and hopefully no less.
