Search works just fine for me. According to here: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=278874&highlight=carrot, the NICK is .090 thick.

I can tell you that the XXXL is .220 thick, and this http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=287466&highlight=carrot confirms that.
