I would like to comment that I love the "shape" of the blade on my Sebenza 21. It has a point sharp enough to take out splinters in your finger, which happens quite often with me. I get thorns, wood, even steel in my fingers. I pierce fish skin easily and if I need to gut a deer it will do it. I also like the steel taking a working edge with just a few swipes on my DMT diamond sharpener. I sharpen my working knife EVERY day. My Spyderco's, Case, Western, and Queen have blades half the width from me sharpening. Not with my Sebenza. I know other manufacturers use the same steel but I own a Chris Reeve, and it doesn't wear away from sharpening. I use my knife, not a show piece.
