I just wanted to first say that I think everyone in the Emerson forum are swell people! Anyways.......I send one of my Emersons in for refurbishing and to my surprise, got it back in pristine condition in less than 2 weeks! NOW THAT"S SERVICE!

That's great to hear. Was it a custom or production knife. I had sent in a CQC6 before & got it back a month later. Looked great. I'm about to send in an older CQC6 with Emerson logo. I hope to get that one back in two weeks.
